Orange Contribution

and i think i might have swallowed Joy by mistake.
(like an orange seed) oh well.

perhaps a tree will grow inside of me.
(when i'm dreaming and asleep)

perhaps one day i will pluck happiness like fruit
gently from between leafy boughs to give
away to passer-bys on the street
all the rest of the days
of my life

and maybe that will be my Orange Contribution
to making this world a better brighter place...
