Remembering My Last Breath

At tonight's talk at Westminster B-school, I opened by remembering Arun Dada and Meera Ba. Meera Ba passed away just couple hours ago. "Here's one sentence to describe them -- they've never sold their labor, their entire life."

The talk felt strong. So many beautiful ripples, from five "Uni" students starting their own Awakin Circle to a woman who wanted to turn her coaching collective into a gift-economy project to everyone doing a 21-day kindness challenge. There were loads of hugs and Q&A -- I think it was two hours after the program, that we finally left the building. :)

The first person who came up to me after the talk said, with tears in her eyes, "I often think of my final breath.  This is how I want go out -- loving, being kind, and giving unconditionally."
